Why a rebase: the playbook counts back from the event (Day 30 = 26 Nov), so today, 3 Nov, is already Day 7. Proposal: first post Thu 5 Nov, Build cut from 10 days to 7, every cap and gate unchanged. The YouTube two-week test keeps its 14 days (5–18 Nov).
